
Darin Scheer is client-focused problem solver. He assists clients with large-scale energy development projects, including oil and gas, wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, gas-fired power plants, grid-served power, and hyperscale data centers. He negotiates agreements pertaining to multi-billion dollar developments, has assisted in the leasing of more than seven gigawatts of renewable power for one of the largest landowners in the United States, and represents select clients in major strategic initiatives involving significant capital expenditures.

Darin's transactional practice and strategic advice draws upon his experience gained from more than 20 years of litigating multi-million-dollar commercial disputes and natural resource-related matters in state and federal courts.

In his free time, Darin enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with his kids, including skiing, hunting, fishing, and camping. He is also a private pilot and raft guide who loves to explore backcountry airstrips and rivers throughout the western United States.
